Making it personal, one resident at a time

Currently Ontario Street Pharmacy works with many Group Homes in the Niagara area. Our pharmacists, David Constinuik and Jennifer Nitsopoulos, take great pride in the way they serve the residents, nursing staff and the management team.

In order to ensure Homes are fully compliant, our pharmacists visit each Group Home and meet each resident. During the meeting, they take their time to fully explain medications and answer questions or concerns. Through the personal attention of our approachable and informative pharmacists, Group Home managers, residents and their families feel confident about medications and their proper usage.

Medication that’s easy to keep track of at Home or on the go.

The blister packs that we use with our Group Home customers are unique. Medication is listed on every blister pack and arranged in a way that is straightforward and clear. We’ve also added serrated packaging that makes it easy to tear off a full day’s worth of medication to take with you. It’s the little details Waterdown Walk In Clinic delivers that help Group Home residents be successful with their medication.
